Rihanna has raised eyebrows after snubbing her former friend Campbell at a New York Fashion Week show.
A video of the Grammy winner’s entry into the event went viral on X on Friday. It showed the “Stay” singer walking onto the Alaïa runway, looking stunning in a crystal mesh gown, and then greeting former British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful.
After that, Rihanna just kept walking, ignoring Campbell and celebrity stylist Law Roach, who were both also seated in the front row.
The video also showed Campbell watching Rihanna as she walked into the hall and even looked up at her. However, the model did not react when she walked past.
In another video, Rihanna can be seen stopping to chat with supermodel Linda Evangelista after ignoring Campbell.

The viral video of the interaction gathered thousands of comments on social media, with fans agreeing that Rihanna deliberately snubbed Campbell.
The caption of the clip on X read, “Naomi Campbell and Rihanna really [do] hate each other.”
A fan weighed in on the incident, saying, “Rihanna said God forgives, but I don’t, lmao.” Another fan agreed, writing, “Her totally ignoring Naomi is giving me LIFE.”

Rihanna and Campbell were definitely friends, or at least on friendly terms, for several years. They were photographed smiling together at events and functions several times, and once, in May 2016, they went to an Italian restaurant for dinner together.
Fans shared their theories that Rihanna and Campbell’s friendship ended when the singer started seeing billionaire Hassan Jameel in 2017. This is because there were rumors the year before that Jameel and Campbell were dating when they attended the British Summer Time Festival in London together.
Just before Rihanna’s relationship with Jameel became public, Rihanna and Campbell unfollowed each other on Instagram.

According to Page Six, during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” the supermodel was asked about the drama, and she denied it, saying, “Everything’s fine. Of course, it’s fine.”

Rihanna also made headlines on Sunday when she was unveiled as the new face of Dior’s J’Adore Fragrance.
The “Diamonds” singer replaces the legendary fashion house’s longtime muse, Charlize Theron, an iconic actress known for films like “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “Atomic Blonde.”
Rihanna’s unveiling as the new face was accompanied by a beautiful campaign directed by Steven Klein.
According to a press release obtained by Vogue, the video features Rihanna in several beautiful outfits walking through the Palace of Versailles in France and talking about a “metamorphosis and a coronation, a fusional encounter between a pop idol and a legendary perfume.”

The video for Rihanna’s new Dior collab is set to her 2016 song “Love on the Brain” and shows the singer in two outfits from the fashion house’s clothing collections.
These include a black belted jacket, pencil skirt, gloves, and cap from Dior’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection and another outfit of an embellished gold corseted gown with a sheer cape and pearl choker.
