REAL Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has explained in a new interview how her viral photo with Taylor Swift at Coachella came to be.
The Bravo star appeared on The Talk on Tuesday, where she dished on the memorable moment.

Teresa, 51, revealed that her husband, Luis Ruelas, 49, urged her to ask the pop star for a photo when Taylor, 34, and Travis Kelce, 34, ended up next to them in the VIP area.
“All of a sudden, Taylor and her boyfriend start walking by…passes us, comes right next to us, and my husband’s like, ‘Babe, that’s Taylor Swift,'” the reality star recalled.
She then said she hesitated to ask for a photo because she didn’t want to “bother” the multi-Grammy Award winner.
Teresa said she thought of her co-star, Jennifer Aydin, 47, a massive Taylor fan – or as they’ve been dubbed, Swifty – which gave her the final push to approach the superstar.

“I have to say, Taylor Swift was so sweet. I’m such a Swifty now. I’m such a fan. She was such a sweetheart. She really was,” the Real Housewives veteran gushed to the hosts.
Teresa also mentioned she asked Taylor, “Do you know who I am?” and giddily revealed that the Wildest Dreams singer had said, “Yeah.”
Additionally, the TV personality boasted about singer Justin Bieber, 30, who also stood near them at the festival, though she did not request a photo.
Luis posted the photo of Teresa and Taylor on Instagram, garnering a slew of comments from shocked fans over the odd pairing.
“Two absolute QUEENS, Taylor Swift and my stunning wife @theresagiudice,” Luis captioned the post.
“Ok- [I’m] finally jealous of something!!” ultimate Swifty, Jennifer, wrote.
“Does she watch RHONJ?” someone else wondered.
“Best pic i’ve seen come out of Coachella,” a third said.
“Tre is living her best life and we love to see it!!! Tswift and Tre, two icons!” added a fourth, while another called the moment “iconic.”
Meanwhile, Teresa’s co-star, Margaret Josephs, 57, threw shade at the Standing Strong author over her snap with the A-lister.

“That’s pretty funny. When Housewives of New Jersey are hitting Coachella, I think it’s time to give it up,” Margaret told The U.S. Sun in an exclusive interview, which happened the same time Teresa’s photo circulated on social media.
“That’s all I have to say,” she concluded.
The RHONJ ladies were gearing up for the show’s Season 14 premiere on May 5 after taking a long hiatus from filming, mainly due to Teresa and Melissa Gorga‘s ongoing feud.
Days before the premiere, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed that the sister-in-laws were attending separate premiere parties to maintain their distance from one another.
Teresa and Melissa, 45, still “can’t be in the same room together,” a source shared, adding that much of the cast was gathering at Margaret’s $2.2 million NJ mansion.
However, Teresa and a few others weren’t on the guest list.
Instead, the Dancing With the Stars alum flew to Los Angeles, California, to do press for the network.
