90 DAY Fiance star Shekinah Garner has left fans horrified as she revealed the extreme surgery on her face.
The TLC personality, 43, previously said she was “done with facial fillers” after undergoing a Firatlift and lower Blepharoplasty in January 2025.

Shekinah has now shared a new video which detailed the process of the painful looking procedures.
She shared photos of her face shortly after the operation with stitches along her cheekbones and bloodshot eyes.
Her face was then covered in bandages and looked very swollen and puffy.
The next part of the video showed the bandages being removed after a period of recovery.

She showed her fans her new face once the stitches had dissolved, with just some bruising around the cheeks and eyes.
Shekinah captioned it: “Probably just needed a hug but got a Firat lift type 1 and lower Blepharoplasty instead.”
But some of her followers were mortified that the star had put herself through more surgery and have begged her to stop.
One wrote: “Omg this is frightening.”
A second posted: “No wonder why she looked weird, Jheez. She needs therapy.”
“This account should be an advert for botched surgery,” a third said.
Another added: “Why are you doing this to yourself? You were beautiful to begin with. What you need is more than a therapist, you need to learn how to love yourself before anything and anyone. Next think you know us you will be going to sleep with your eyes open. YOU LOOK LIKE an alien.”
Shekinah took part on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 5 in 2023, appearing alongside her now-fiance Sarper Güven.
Shekinah and personal trainer Sarper met through a dating app while Shekinah was travelling in Turkey.
On the show, Sarper kept meticulous track of Shekinah’s weight, asking her to get on a scale in front of him on camera.
He also shocked fans when he designed a new nose for Shekinah.
“I can see why it sounds crazy. I mean, he’s a man and I guess typically we wouldn’t think that a guy would know what we need as women in terms of, like, beauty things, but he has a real eye for it,” she said.
“I mean, he told me I should cut my hair to look more flattering with my face,” she said of her new, shorter haircut.
“He even does my makeup sometimes. He’ll come and do all the finishing touches. I’ll come out and he’ll be like, ‘You look so pretty, but I just want to do a little thing here and there.
“And he’ll do little touches. He knows what looks good. And so I trusted him.”
