Actress Rashmika Mandanna is enjoying a beach vacation. She just shared some highlights on her Instagram. In a recent photo, Mandanna spent a day in the pool. She wore a royal blue swimsuit, looking stunning. She captioned the post, “Water baby.” How does she stay so fit? Mandanna revealed to Femina that she pays attention to the food she eats and the skin products she uses. She says that she chooses ingredients that are more natural. “While I was always careful with what I put on my skin, over the years I have realised that what I put into my body is just as important. With rising issues in today’s world such as pollution, round-the-clock work, and an unhealthy lifestyle, I prefer having a far more holistic approach to beauty today.”

Wellness is extremely important to Mandanna. She tells Femina that she always makes time for certain things, even if she’s busy. “My life can get chaotic when I’m shooting, so I like to have a sense of control in my life wherever I can. Regular exercising, and following clean skincare, and hair care routines have always been an integral part of my day.”

Mandanna makes sure to take care of her skin. She revealed her process to Femina. “I start by cleansing my skin with Plum’s Green Tea Pore Cleansing Face Wash. Then I like to go in with a few drops of a Vitamin C Serum. I wait for that to sink into my skin before going in with an oil-free moisturiser and then I seal all that in with a sunscreen and a lip balm. At night, I use a niacinamide serum post cleansing followed by my all-time favourite green tea night gel.

Mandanna has amazing hair. She revealed her biggest secret to Femina. “Hair oiling! I’ve been getting a weekly champi since childhood, and I try to keep up the habit as much as possible!”

Mandanna makes working out a priority. She revealed some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. Mandanna works out her entire body. In the video, she is seen doing workouts like squats, bicycle crunches, and boxing. She captioned the post, “Drop a muscle if you like working out to.”
