Rachael Finch and her family just moved into a new house. She shared some highlights in a video she posted on Instagram. Finch’s new house features a pool, and is by the beach, which she is taking advantage of. She captioned the post, “First week in the new house. Being in an apartment for the past 7 years has been great while the kiddies were little, but we decided to move into a house, so they have more room to move as they grow. I grew up in houses and only started living in apartments when I moved to Sydney! I must say apartments are super convenient – easy to clean & take care of (will miss the rubbish shoot) – and now we get a taste of what a house feels like with a family. We’re just renting, but have already made it a home.” How does she stay so fit? Finch revealed some of her wellness secrets to Rescu.com. She says that she eats a lot of natural food. “I try to eat foods as close to their natural state as possible, and use healthy, natural options such as hummus, cottage cheese or avocado, rather than salt and sauces, to flavor foods. I drink lots of fresh water and limit caffeine intake to one cappuccino in the morning. What you put in will always be what you get out so I always think fresh and lots of green foods for repairing and restoring!”
