TROUBLED Pete Davidson was not showing up to meetings and “went AWOL” before his latest stint in rehab.
An insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun the comedian disappeared from close friends’ lives, and Hollywood pals turned their backs on him.
“Pete has pretty much gotten rid of everyone who once surrounded him.
“He got rid of his assistant and best friend after he was the best man at his wedding.
“He’s become a ghost to his circle of friends,” the insider said.
Before checking into rehab last month, the source claimed Pete, 30, was missing work meetings.
“He’s he’s too much of a headache. He’s just really hard to deal with, not showing up to meetings.
“At least one project has been canceled because of it.”
The U.S. Sun reached out to Pete’s rep for comment.
The news that Pete entered rehab came after his split from his most recent girlfriend, Madelyn Cline, after nearly a year of dating.
A source previously exclusively told The U.S. Sun that Pete and Madelyn’s relationship had just run its course and was “amicable.”
LATEST REHAB STINT
According to People, the Saturday Night Live alum admitted himself to a wellness facility to “prioritize” his mental health.
“Pete will often check himself into rehab to work on these issues,” a source had told the magazine during a previous rehab stint.
“His friends and family have been supportive during this time.”
The insider said that since his diagnosis with borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder in 2017, Pete’s mental health has “always been a priority.”
The source also claimed to the outlet that Pete’s sobriety has been a priority.
CANCELED TOUR DATES
Pete was in the middle of his Prehab Tour, and was forced to cancel scheduled stops.
Pete had eight shows still lined up across Kansas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, and Texas, all of which have been canceled on Ticketmaster.

Meanwhile, the individual venues released statements to ticketholders that the shows were canceled due to “scheduling conflicts.”
DAVIDSON OPENS UP
The Bodies, Bodies, Bodies star had previously checked himself into rehab in June 2023.
Pete had joined John Mulaney and Jon Stewart for a comedy show in Atlantic City, New Jersey, after checking out of rehab.
“I am fresh out of rehab, everyone,” he told the audience during his set, per the Los Angeles Times.
“I got that post-rehab glow. Seventh time’s the charm!”
He also admitted he was on ketamine during Aretha Franklin’s funeral in 2018.
“You can’t do drugs in your 30s… it’s not cute anymore,” he said.
