Meadow Walker Thornton-Allan was just a few months shy of being three years-old when her father Paul Walker made his debut in the role of Brian O’Conner in The Fast and the Furious.

Meadow, who is married actor Louis Thornton-Allan in 2021, had just turned 15 when her dad Paul was tragically killed in a car crash at the age of 40.

Despite staying in touch with Vin Diesel following her father’s death, Meadow Walker has never appeared in any of the nine Fast & Furious films.

That is all about to change, according to a new Instagram post published by the now 24-year-old Meadow Walker.

“A preview of my cameo in Fast X,” she wrote. “The first fast was released when I was one year old! [Ed: The Fast and the Furious actually came out in 2001.]

“I grew up on set watching my father, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and more on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the fast family. I can’t believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up,” Meadow continued.

“Thank you @louisleterrierpro for your kindness, patience and support. It feels like you’ve been part of the family since we started, I’m happy it’s just the beginning. Special shoutout to my dad’s best friend who is now my best friend @bbirtell, this wouldn’t have been possible without you. I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever x.

“I love you all so much.”

During the filming of Fast 9, Meadow and her uncle Cody Walker were reportedly “constantly” on set to help the cast make sure Paul’s “legacy was incorporated.”

Then in 2021, Vin Diesel said about Meadow Walker possibly appearing in a future Fast & Furious film, “I would not count anything out. Let me just – without giving you all of the secrets of Fast 10. Let’s just say nothing’s ruled out.”

Dwayne Johnson, who appeared in four Fast & Furious films along with a spin-off movie, Hobbs & Shaw, blasted Vin Diesel in 2021 for using Paul Walker’s kids against him to try and guilt him into returning for another movie.

“Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation,” said The Rock. “I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding

“My little brother Dwayne… the time has come,” Diesel wrote in the post Johnson referenced. “The world awaits the finale of Fast 10. As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don’t send well wishes… but the time has come. Legacy awaits. I told you years ago that I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo. I swore that we would reach and manifest the best Fast in the finale that is 10! I say this out of love… but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can’t be played by no other. I hope that you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny.”
