PADMA Lakshmi has flaunted her incredibly toned figure in a barely-there bikini while also baring a personal detail on Instagram.
The Top Chef alum revealed she has a fear of the ocean while sharing photos of her water therapy.

Padma, 53, looked at peace in the barely-there yellow two-piece swimsuit in Mexico on Saturday.
She floated on the top of a crystal-blue pool with the help of a guide as her bikini top nearly burst open.
The TV star looked ageless as she closed her eyes and simply floated.
Padma explained in her caption that this pool therapy session was long overdue as she’s deathly afraid of the ocean.
‘WITHOUT ANY FEAR’
She wrote, “I’d never done water flow therapy in my life, in fact I’m afraid of the ocean and not a great swimmer.
“What you see here in the video is just the beginning moments of him getting me comfortable with the float straps on my legs because I didn’t want to film the actual experience.
“I wanted that to be private. I felt such a sense of well being from the treatment.
“I was able to be tumbled under water and went upside down without any fear.

“For the first time I wasn’t under tension holding my breath under water.
“But more importantly, the experience felt almost womblike, and then it felt like I was being held by a comforting friend whom I trusted completely.”

Fans were moved by Padma’s confession but also had to admit she looked terrific in the comments.
“I see why he’s wearing them sunglasses… I couldn’t look away either,” one user wrote.
“Love how you always get out of your comfort zone with getting in the water!” another gushed.

‘BREAKING THE INTERNET’
On Friday, Padma shared another swimsuit photo on her Instagram Feed for her followers to enjoy- and it was something.
The photo was a mirror selfie taken in a luxurious bathroom with several perfume bottles on the counter.
She was rocking a black one-piece swimsuit held up with two thin black straps.
There seemed to be a black ribbing around the torso of the one-piece to add structure to the garment.
The top was extremely low-cut, but the leg cutouts came up high on her hips.
Her outfit showed off the Top Chef alum’s incredible and natural curves.
There was no filter on the picture, and Padma wasn’t wearing any makeup in the snap.
She captioned the photo, “I have an exciting new project for you very soon…”
However, she did not give any hints, other than the photo, as to what the project could be.
In the comment section, fans gushed over the picture of the Bravo star.
One said, “Padma breaking the internet again,” with a fire emoji.”
PADMA’S LOVE LIFE
In April 2004, after living together for five years, Lakshmi and novelist Salman Rushdie married – they filed for divorce in 2007.
Padma welcomed her only child with another partner in 2010.
She is rumored to be seeing Blackish creator Kenya Barris after they were recently seen holding hands in NYC.
