OPRAH Winfrey has shown off her slimmed-down figure after attending a huge conference recently.
Earlier this week, the TV icon was spotted looking happier than ever on a sunny day in Idaho.
On Wednesday, Oprah, 70, media correspondent Van Jones, 55, and bestie Gayle King, 69, were photographed at the Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference.
The week-long conference brings together the biggest names in media, finance, technology, and politics.
The former The Oprah Winfrey Show host looked stunning in an all-white ensemble with a white and beige crossbody bag.
Oprah held onto her conference badge while wearing a long-sleeved shirt that was tucked into a pair of high-waisted cargo pants and sneakers.
The Oprah Daily founder wore silver sunglasses and had her luscious hair styled down her chest.
On her social media, Oprah has shown off her toned form after her stunning weight loss.
‘I FELT SAD. I FELT HURT.’
Last December, Oprah spoke to People about her weight loss journey.
“It was public sport to make fun of me for 25 years,” she said.
“I have been blamed and shamed, and I blamed and shamed myself.”
Oprah recalled a magazine that struck a nerve, “I was on the cover of some magazine and it said, ‘Dumpy, Frumpy and Downright Lumpy.’
“I didn’t feel angry. I felt sad. I felt hurt. I swallowed the shame. I accepted that it was my fault.”
In 2021, Oprah changed her ways after she underwent knee surgery.
“After [the surgery], I started hiking and setting new distance goals each week. I could eventually hike three to five miles every day and a 10-mile straight-up hike on weekends.
“I felt stronger, more fit and more alive than I’d felt in years.”

TAKING CONTROL
The billionaire businesswoman revealed that she would stop eating after 4 pm and would drink a gallon of water each day all while using WeightWatchers principles.
She then discussed weight-loss medications, ” I had an awareness of [weight-loss] medications, but felt I had to prove I had the willpower to do it. I now no longer feel that way.”
She changed her mind last July during a taped panel conversation with weight-loss professionals.
“The fact that there’s a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for.
“I’m absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself.”
