SHE may have just celebrated the big 6-0, but Friends star, Courteney Cox has a body to rival those half her age.
But now the actress has shown has she achieves her enviable body that is both slim and strong in equal measure.
Sharing some footage of her grueling fitness regime on social media, Courteney shows that its hard work that gets results.
In the video she is seen in her home gym, doing chin-ups, pull ups, lifting weights and jogging on the running machine.
Speaking to her 15 million followers she said ageing is not a choice, but you’re never too old to keep fit.
She said: “I’ve just had a birthday, I don’t love the number but, look we have no choice. Just got to do the best you can.”
At the end of the video the actress who turned 60 in June, can be seen crawling out of a fridge with a face mask on, as she says:

Meanwhile a host of fans flooded her comments section with their admiration,.
One said: “You’re in a great shape.”

Another added: “Oh my god look at that body.”
While another said: “Literally ageing gracefully.”
Over the years, Courtney has spoken openly about her wellness regime and her dedication to keeping fit, which she puts down, in part, to interval training.”
In an interview she said: ‘I do Pilates three times a week with an amazing teacher, Jessica McTighe. I’m also into walking, then running. I walk for a minute, then I run for a minute. I try to do that for 30 minutes, three times a week.”
The mother-of-one who became a household name thanks to her role as Monica Geller on Friends also spoke about how she became a devotee of cold therapy.
She said: “I thought I would never do a cold plunge. I thought I would hate it, but I love it so much. I feel great for hours afterward. So as much as you dread getting in, you know that you’re going to feel so good…the dopamine hit you get from it lasts a long time.”
Courteney is mum to Coco, 20, from her relationship with actor David Arquette.
