Not Enough Space have shared details of their debut album ‘Weaponize Your Rage’, featuring brand-new single ‘New Age Cannibal’.
Arriving on September 12 via Thriller Records, it’s set to include the Floridian band’s string of huge singles including ‘Primitive’, ‘Solace In Silence’, ‘Devil Left Me On Read’ and ‘Waiting 4 U’.
On the freshly dropped ‘New Age Cannibal’, the band have said:
“’New Age Cannibal’ is one of our most cutthroat and experimental tracks on the album… With its dramatic flair and dark undertones, we used the setting of a post-apocalyptic vibe to express the metaphor that we know we are the young, new band, with every intention to make it to the top in a dog eat dog industry. The creative process was especially unique, as we had the opportunity to collaborate with influential producer Cameron Mizell, whose influence helped elevate the track to an entirely new level.”

Speaking on the story behind their upcoming album, co-vocalist Lizzie Raatma has shared:
“It’s about transformation through pain…When you create art, you need to make a decision: are you going to reopen old wounds and let them fester, or will you do something that allows you to heal? Music shouldn’t be about allowing the past to consume you. It should be about using that darkness to fuel something positive… If you literally weaponize your rage – it can lift the weight away.”
Embarking on a huge new chapter, Rock Sound recently caught up with Not Enough Space to find out more about their rapid rise in the metalcore world.
