Williams has always been open about being vegetarian. She tells Good American that she is starting to live a vegan lifestyle, and likes to make vegan meals for herself and her husband. “I haven’t eaten meat in seven years,” she says. “A vegetarian meal that myself and my husband agree on is my vegan shepherd’s pie. It is beyond amazing, I use Beyond Meat and a bunch of vegetables and potatoes and he loves it.”
Williams tells Haute Living that she likes to focus on things that are important to her, and makes them the best they can be. “I do have to focus on what’s most important at the time. I’m a perfectionist, so I find that if I pace myself, the outcome is much better. That goes for everything from designing my swimwear collection Nia Lynn, to traveling for work, to spending time with my family.”
Williams is consistent when it comes to working out. She tells VUE that she has certain workouts that she does each night. “I’ll do 100 sit-ups and use bands while I watch TV each night. Right now, I’m also trying to learn to do the splits, so I work on that nightly.”
Williams revealed some of her favorite exercises to Pretty Little Thing. She says that she likes to use weights and do core workouts. “I like to train to keep my stomach tight and to keep weight on other areas. I do light weights and a lot of ab workouts.”
Williams revealed one of her secrets to staying motivated and working hard on her fitness to Pretty Little Thing. She says that she likes to record her workouts. “I find that it makes me really push hard because I want the video to be great,” she explains. “I just blast the music, and when I watch my videos to the music it makes me very motivated!”
