NICK Jonas and Priyanka Chopra appear to have renovated their lavish Californian mansion.
The couple, who married in 2018, reside in the Los Angeles Hills with their two-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

Nick and Priyanka‘s house lavish home has been covered in scaffolding for a while as they appeared to make improvements on their roof.
The stars’ house was shown to be near completion in aerial shots.
Priyanka and Nick were forced to move out of their $20million dream home after it was overtaken by a huge mold infestation.
They purchased the house in 2019 before it became “virtually unliveable,” in January according to Page Six.
The property contained “porous waterproofing,” which caused “mold contamination and related issues,” read a lawsuit filed at the time.
It was officially declared dangerous and the couple were forced to move out for repairs.
The luxurious house contains seven bedrooms and features an indoor basketball court and private movie theater.
The lawsuit filed also detailed that the couple were looking for compensation money due to the structural issues.

“In the alternative, plaintiff should be reimbursed for all costs of repair, plus compensation for the loss of use and other damages caused by defendants’ conduct,’ read the documents.
The waterproofing problems are expected to cost the Jonas brother star more than $1.5 million, and the estimated general damages were around $2.5 million.
Since the discovery in February, Nick and Priyanka have been living elsewhere in an undisclosed property.
Their $20million is still currently under construction, but appears to be nearing completion.
MAKING CHANGES
The side of the house is still completely covered in scaffolding with stairs that lead to the roof of the house.
The house has been painted a bright white and a huge balcony wraps around the back of the house.
Several temporary buildings have been propped up in the back yard with green space covering half of the space.
Cars were parked on the driveway, with construction workers milling about the place.
A flat section of the roof looked to be newly tiled and turned into an outdoor area.

The top of the house had also been retiled in an attempt to fix the mold problem.
Nick and Priyanka’s outdoor pool had been completely drained which exposed the gray tiles.
The house has come on recently, but it is still not known when the couple will move back in.
BUNDLE OF JOY
Nick and Priyanka moved to ensure the safety of their first-born child, who would’ve been at risk.
The baby girl was born on January 15, though she spent her first three months in the newborn intensive care unit.
Priyanka gushed over the tot in an Instagram post, sharing the news that she was going home in 2022.
“On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these last few months and the rollercoaster we’ve been on, which we now know, so many people have also experienced,” it read.
“After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home. Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few months, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is.
“We are overjoyed that our little girl is finally home, and just want to thank every Doctor, nurse and specialist at Rady Children’s La Jolla and Cedar Sinai, Los Angeles, who were there selflessly every step of the way. Our next chapter begins now, and our baby is truly a badass. Let’s get it MM! Mommy and Daddy love you.”
