Stankovic shares a lot of workout videos on Instagram. She recently shared a video of herself in the gym. Stankovic captioned the post, “Stronger every day.” How does she stay so fit? In her Instagram video, Stankovic is seen using hand dumbbells and a large one to do exercises. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.”

In her Instagram video, Stankovic is seen doing squats with a barbell and lunge squats with hand dumbbells. Squats are a great workout. Allina Health states, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

Stankovic doesn’t just share her workouts on her page. She also has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to them. One thing she likes to do is Pilates. Stankovic shared this story of herself on a reformer. The Houston Methodist states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “It can help relieve tension in your shoulders, back and legs. Having strong core muscles promotes better posture, which, in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day-to-day routines.”
