Popular Twitch streamer Myth revealed that he has dropped out of Creator Clash 3 as the influencer-boxing event undergoes big changes due to controversy.

Myth addressed his decision to step back during a live stream in June, ripping off the band-aid after a fan asked him about his training regimen.

“‘How is training for Creator Clash going?’” Myth read from a comment in his chat. “I guess I should also just come out and talk about that real quick while we’re getting today started. I will no longer be participating in Creator Clash.”

Myth was slated to face off against fellow creator Kevin Lerdwichagul, marking his second boxing match after debuting in Creator Clash 2 against Hundar, which Myth won by TKO.

Myth latest influencer to drop out of Creator Clash 3

Myth is just the latest creator to drop out of the event, following in the footsteps of Harley Morenstein and LA Beast. iDubbbz himself, along with his partner Anisa, have also stepped back from the event in any capacity and have handed over management to other parties.

Creator Clash is a charity-focused influencer-boxing showdown that pits some of the internet’s biggest influencers against each other to raise money for various nonprofits.

While Creator Clash 1 was a smash hit and raised over $1.3 million for charitable organizations like the American Heart Association, its second iteration suffered massive financial losses due to piracy.

iDubbbz and Anisa have officially stepped away from the Creator Clash brand, completely.

Creator Clash 3 was initially slated for June 28 — the same day as Jake Paul’s bout against Chavez Jr. — but drama between the iDubbbz and H3H3 podcast host Ethan Klein imploded after iDubbbz made a ‘content cop’ video ‘exposing’ Klein in March.

Since then, Creator Clash 3 has been rescheduled for October 25 at the Los Angeles Hollywood Palladium. More information about participating fighters will be revealed in the coming months as the event continues to restructure.
