Over the Garden Wall has many iconic symbols associated with it, but is there anything more lovely than the “For Sara” cassette? Fans are always itching to own this gorgeous bit of cinematic history, which contains Wirt’s clarinet music and poetry. And now, it’s making a comeback on Mutant. This “For Sara” cassette has been out of print for a long time, but we imagine it’s incredibly sought after. Produced in 2015 as a companion to the original series by Patrick McHale and series composers The Blasting Company, the “For Sara” cassette features 20 minutes of Poetry and Clarinet. POETRY AND CLARINET! But that’s not all. Recorded on overdubbed analog cassettes with original cast members Elijah Wood (Wirt) and Collin Dean (Greg) reprising their roles, littered with easter eggs, emotional performances and thematic resolutions.
What could get you more into the spooky season mood than this? Not to mention, this is the first time the “For Sarah” cassette has been available in years. What a true gift to fans in time for the series’ 10th anniversary.

Mutant’s Over The Garden Wall Read & Listen Book + 7-inch
In 2014, a spectacularly cool piece of Over the Garden Wall had a very limited release. It was a special promo item that was only available to the cast, crew, and press. What was it exactly, you ask? Well, it was a Read & Listen Book and 7-inch. Basically, a very cool 70’s style Over the Garden Wall tie-in storybook tells a truncated tale of Wirt and Greg and Beatrice’s journey through the Unknown. And it comes with a playable 7-inch vinyl record that fans can use to listen along. Not only is it brand new content for Over the Garden Wall fans to enjoy, but it is also so nostalgic and cool. This item used to be a limited-edition collectible, but now you can own its faithful reproduction. We’re talking every detail in place down to the screen-printed kraft mailer and publicity insert.
