Since the loss, Mrs Hinch has only posted on Instagram a handful of times while they process their loss as a family.

Today, she posted a video of son Lennie and gave an update as to her “extreme grief journey.”

The clip showed her three-year-old son reciting a prayer in church with the words “Bless the Lord as we sit together, Bless the hands that make the food, Bless us Lord, Amen.”

Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, said: “Children are so precious.

“Our Lennies prayer in church makes me smile every time I watch it and a simple smile right now is everything.

“I see the signs, I feel his presence, I truly believe my Dad is here with us and will guide us until we meet again.

“To anyone else going through an extreme grief journey, I’m with you.

“And wanted to send my love. I don’t believe this will ever get easier, in fact why does it feel like it’s getting harder?

“But I pray .. I pray that we get stronger over time, so this pain may one day feel a little less heavy.

“Thank you for your kind words and thank you for being here.”

Sophie previously told fans: “I’d be lying if I said I was okay… in fact, I feel broken.

”I feel an extreme mix of emotions and not too much makes sense right now.

”It’s like I’ve entered this new part of my world, where only grief sits, and it feels heavy; something I can’t describe unless you’ve been there.

”For now, I’m really trying to navigate this new life without one of the people I love the most; one of my biggest support systems.

”I feel like my Dad taught me everything I know; except how to live without him.”

When did Mrs Hinch’s dad pass away?

ON May 8, 2024, Sophie revealed her beloved dad had passed away “suddenly, yet peacefully.

She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”

The grieving mum also took the time to thank her fans for their support during this difficult time for both her and her loved ones.

She continued: “I wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for all the overwhelming amount of love and support.

”I may not be able to get back to you all right now, but I see you and I am so grateful.

”Thank you for being so patient with me while I try to find my feet again alongside my family, who I am SO incredibly proud of and who I love with my whole heart.
