MrBeast is YouTube’s most-subscribed creator — but despite his massive success on the platform, his viral videos aren’t his biggest money-makers by far.
Jimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson finally surpassed Indian music label T-Series to become YouTube’s most-subscribed influencer in 2024, and now boasts over 553 million subs across almost all of his active channels as of March 2025.
Despite his sprawling YouTube empire, his videos — which often rack up tens of millions of views mere hours after being uploaded — don’t earn him the most money out of his many business endeavors.
For instance, Donaldson successfully wrapped filming for his record-breaking Amazon Prime show, Beast Games, in late 2024, and even started a burger chain in 2020 (which closed in 2023).
Beast Games holds the record for having the largest grand prize for a game show.
Surprisingly, neither of these outshine his largest income stream — his chocolate bar line, Feastables.
MrBeast’s biggest cash cow isn’t his YouTube channel
Feastables first launched in early 2022 and has since become one of the most popular chocolate choices among consumers at outlets like Target, Walmart and more.
In fact, they’re in such high demand that they were sold out across stores in March 2024, and the YouTuber even took matters in his own hands to restock shelves himself that same year.
As reported by Fortune, Feastables generated around $250 million in sales in 2024, making a profit of around $20 million. In comparison, his YouTube channels and Amazon Prime series combined lost a total of $80 million despite generating a similar amount in sales.

This isn’t necessarily surprising; MrBeast has admitted in the past that he actually loses money on his content, saying in a 2022 interview with Rolling Stone that he’s out “five figures and dozens of hours every month” combined with his philanthropic projects.
And in 2021, he published a tweet admitting that his videos lost him a “ridiculous amount of money,” explaining that he’d started his Best Gaming channel to make up for lost revenue.
Despite this massive financial toll, MrBeast has made it clear that he isn’t actually concerned with his own financial status, saying he wants to “give it all away” before he dies.
On top of that, Beast Industries projects that it will earn a profit of $300 million by 2026. It’s clear that his many YouTube channels are still wildly successful, and he has quite the security blanket in Feastables, having enough to spend on his own charity, Beast Philanthropy.
In fact, CNBC states that MrBeast’s net worth is upwards of $700 million as of 2024 – and with even more projects in the pipeline, it seems that there’s even more in store for YouTube’s resident monarch.
