YouTube megastar Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has said he’ll never stop helping people despite some critics calling him “evil” for his work.
Alongside his massive videos where he’ll give people the chance to win a new car or a few hundred thousand dollars, MrBeast has also been pretty charitable along the way.
The YouTube star has given out millions to contestants in his videos, helped fund surgeries to cure blindness, built wells for clean water supplies, and provided people with shoes. And that’s not even the tip of the iceberg.
Despite helping so many charitable causes, Donaldson has come under fire at times. Many critics have stated that he shouldn’t profit from his Beast Philanthropy channel or upload videos of him doing charity work.
MrBeast claps back at critics who call him “evil”
MrBeast has previously stated that by uploading the videos, he is able to fund more charitable causes. And, he doesn’t have any plans to stop despite the backlash.
“It’s kind of crazy the amount of good we’ve been able to do through a YouTube channel,” he posted on X (formerly Twitter) with a host of statistics about the money he’s given away.
“It is kind of funny that people who have never volunteered in their life or given a penny to charity will see this and make a 30 minute essay about how I’m evil. No matter how much people complain, I’ll never stop helping people. It’s fun.”
Donaldson further noted that his impact has been through a desire to help instead of just buying lavish things for himself.

His MrBeast empire is only continuing to grow, especially as he is seeking outside investment too. So, his charitable endeavors are not going to slow down anytime soon.
