YouTube superstar Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson responded to Kai Cenat starting his Streamer University, as the Twitch star wants him involved.
Over the last few years, Kai Cenat has raised the bar for production on Twitch with some huge streams. The AMP star had custom Batman outfits and sets for his Arkham Asylum play through, he and IShowSpeed were chained together to play, well, Chained Together, and he has gone all out for Fortnite too.
Outside of gaming, Kai started up his own basketball league for a little bit, but his newest plan, Streamer University, might be the biggest of them all.
The Twitch star wants to help 150 content creators by putting them together on a real-life college campus, with some of the biggest names on Twitch and YouTube acting as the teachers.
MrBeast addresses Kai Cenat Streamer University class plan
“In terms of the classes and sh*t, for example, I would love to do some sh*t where, science, Mark Rober is the professor for that day, and he’s doing crazy experiments for everybody’s stream,” Kai said when he first announced it back in February. “I would love to do sh*t like that! Say there is a financial class, MrBeast in that motherf**ker.”
Well, now that Kai has opened up enrollments for streamers to apply for a place, the streaming star has finally gotten an answer from MrBeast.
“Can I teach them how to YouTube,” Donaldson said on X (formerly Twitter), clearly indicating his willingness to get involved.
Kai’s launch of Streamer University has already gone a little crazy. The enrolment page had around 7 million people trying to access it on May 6. In fact, IShowSpeed even called Kai to get his brother to cut the queue of applicants.
The AMP star has not yet announced where he’ll be hosting the massive stream, or who will be involved, but it is something the internet is looking forward to.
