MrBeast joins Ashton Hall to show off his own ‘morning routine’

MrBeast linked up with viral fitness influencer Ashton Hall to join him in one of his viral ‘morning routines,’ complete with an ice bath of Saratoga water.

In March 2025, a video showing Hall tackling his morning responsibilities took social media by storm. Netizens instantly memed his ridiculous lifestyle, which included waking up at 3 AM, dunking his face in a bowl of ice and constantly flashing his bottles of Saratoga water.

A number of content creators and netizens poked fun at the video by making their own off-the-wall ‘morning routine’ parodies… and now, even YouTube icon MrBeast is getting in on the fun.

In a TikTok uploaded on March 28, MrBeast linked up with Hall to join the fitness influencer for an early-morning workout, which included a 3 AM Saratoga ice-water bath, 4 AM sprints on the treadmill, arm and chest exercises, and finally shooting some hoops on the court.

MrBeast even referenced Ashton’s humorous timestamps posted throughout his viral morning routine video, showing the two launching a basketball into the air at 5 AM and suddenly grabbing another at 8 AM.

Commenters were quick to praise the YouTuber for this unexpected collaboration, with one joking, “Ashton helping out small creators, what a great guy.”

“I swear he collabs with every new meme,” another wrote.

Ashton Hall reveals absurd night routine after morning video goes viral

That’s not all; that same day, Hall uploaded yet another video sharing his nighttime routine, and it’s getting a similar response from the internet for many of the same reasons as his morning methods.

In his video, Hall takes a 20-minute outdoor ice bath at 5 PM, before hopping into another hot bath — complete with candles and a lavish meal seemingly prepared by a private chef, which was brought to him to eat in the tub.

Then, Hall takes a phone call, making sure to show off the wild view from his high-rise apartment, referencing the call from his morning routine video where he told a caller he needed to get “at least ten thousand” dollars from some supposed deal.

At 6, Hall rubbed a banana peel on his face and brushed his teeth, finally settling into bed at 7 after reading a Bible verse.

It’s clear that Hall is leaning into the viral meme that was spawned by his initial video, able to take the net’s teasing in stride.

However, he did call out other creators for “copying” his content in a previous upload prior to his viral fame, where he advised influencers: “You’re either going to be a leader or a follower, and it’s okay to be either one, but you have to choose. If you’re going to be a leader, people are going to follow you.”
