Did you think there were a lot of chairs on a screen yesterday? Well, get ready, because more Avengers: Doomsday cast announcements are definitely coming. (Probably today, maybe also tomorrow.)
Marvel Studios and Robert Downey Jr. took to Instagram to all but confirm we weren’t done seeing rows of chairs and more Doomsday cast name reveals just yet.
“That’s what u call a deep bench of talent… actually it’s more like a row, but an extra long one… That must be it…right?” Robert Downey Jr.’s comment reads, pinned to the video of Marvel’s first set of cast and character announcements for Avengers: Doomsday. And Marvel Studios replies, “There’s always room for more…”
We bet. And if more Avengers: Doomsday announcements do go live, you can also bet we’ll be assembling all the news. Yesterday, the reveals began to roll out at 8 am PT/11 am ET. So set your comms to Mavel’s channels around then. You can check out all of yesterday’s excitement in the link below. In total, Marvel announced 27 actors and characters that would return for Avengers: Doomsday. (And that included some of our favorite original Fox X-Men characters.)
