Molly Mae has hit back at trolls who came for her after getting Ryanair flight for her sister’s hen do – despite splurging on a private jet for her friend’s birthday.
The ex-Love Island star and mum-of-one took to her YouTube account to address the hate swarming her Instagram account.
The now-influencer was all smiles as she and her sister Zoe boarded the Ryanair flight destined for Ibiza for her hen do earlier this month.
The 24-year-old shared snaps of the girls trip on social media, but trolled for flying with a commercial airline after she recently paid out for a private jet for her friend.
“Planned her the best weekend ever. Eeeeeeek,” Molly wrote on one of her stories as the girls boarded the cheap flight.
Fans were quick to take to the comments to share their thoughts on her flying with Ryanair.
“Love you Molly, but your friend gets a private jet for her bday but your sister doesn’t for her hen! I’d be raging!” one wrote.
“Makes me giggle that Molly got a jet for her mates birthday but ryan air for her sisters hen,” said a second.
Shall I just swim next time?

After seeing the backlash, Molly took to her YouTube account to address the negativity, sarcastically adding she should ‘swim’ next time she goes away.
She said: “When I saw people talking about how they thought it was crazy how I booked my sister a Ryanair flight to take her on a hen do, they’re like, ‘can’t believe that Molly booked a Ryanair flight for her and her sister’s friends, when, like, a few weeks before she got her friend a jet. But you know what?
“The amount of stick and the amount of intense comments I got from doing that treat for Taylor’s birthday and getting the jet, made me think I probably won’t ever do that ever again.
“It takes away that specialness of that experience because the reaction is just, so not worth it.”
She also clarified that the private jet was split between the group and not just paid for by Molly.
“I was just sat there and I was thinking, shall I just swim next time?” she joked.
“Like, should I just actually get on a dolphin’s back and swim to the country that I wanna go to.”
“Because if I fly commercial, well, it was actually making me feel like I was the worst sister in the entire world. Then, if I fly private, it is genuinely not worth it. because it’s all I hear about for that next few weeks,” she continued.
