Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown isn’t content with just acting success and a top beauty line—she’s killing it with her Florence by Mills Fashion line, too. Brown shared a reel of herself wearing pink two-piece dance gear, taking a selfie video in front of a mirror. “Meet barre: inspired by studio, made for street 🩰,” she captioned the post. “Omg!!! I NEED!!!!! @milliebobbybrown 👏👏👏,” commented Julianne Hough. “Coming from a ballerina…. These are so cute,” commented a fan. Here’s how Brown does it all.
Brown travels with lavender pillow spray. “I also love bath salts and shower bombs. It’s like a bath bomb but you put it at the bottom of the shower and the steam will carry it through. I love the lavender or eucalyptus ones. Eucalyptus to wake up and lavender to go to sleep.”
Brown enjoys a balanced diet without eliminating food groups. “I think fruits and vegetables are your best friends,” she told Marie Claire. “I drink a lot of juices and I love kombucha. I used to be crazy about vegetarianism, but I gave up on that because I had to stop filming my last movie. It was such a heavily stunted film. I just needed some muscle. Vegetarianism wasn’t giving muscle to my body in the way that meat could. I needed to feel energized and give my body back what it was exerting throughout the day.”
Brown keeps her makeup minimal. “I like a glowy, fresh look—very minimal,” she told Marie Claire. “You can build all you want, but I really appreciate starting off minimal. You don’t need to cover your whole face—you’re beautiful as you are.”
Brown goes outside when she needs a reset. “I just take my shoes off and step on the grass to ground myself. I’ll sometimes read and I’ll play with my animals, but being outside is where I feel the most peace,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I won’t ever push it on other people because I think that ultimately others can find peace in whatever they feel – whether that’s watching TV or baking, or being with your family. But I just feel most calm when I’m outside”.
Brown loves Peloton sessions to work up a good sweat. “Meditation got me through a lot of Stranger Things, but recently I haven’t been meditating,” she told Marie Claire. “When I need a minute to myself, I just get on the Peloton and ride. I’m obsessed with the Taylor Swift Collection—that’s the only thing I’ll ride to. Sometimes if it’s a long day and it’s 8 p.m., but I still don’t want to say no, I’ll do a 20-minute ride that’s pretty chill. But if it’s midday and I’m just ready to get it all out, I’ll do a 45-minute ride that’s really hard.”
