ISABELLA Strahan has posted a new picture of her and her twin sister Sophia amid her battle with cancer.
Isabella and Sophia, 19, went on a tropical vacation together, and Isabella posted a new photo from their trip on Tuesday.
She shared the photo on her Instagram Story and captioned it: “I miss @sophialstrahan a little too much + good times.”
The sisters were standing on the deck of what appeared to be a boat as they casually leaned against a railing.
Sophia was sporting a bright red bikini and a tiny pair of black sunglasses as her long curly hair hung over her shoulder.
On the other hand, Isabella was rocking a tiny white floral bikini and a bald head.
Michael Strahan’s daughter has been battling medulloblastoma, a rare condition that accounts for about 20 percent of all childhood brain tumors.
Still maintaining a positive attitude, Isabella flashed a large gorgeous smile at the camera.
SISTER’S INSPIRATION
At the end of February, Sophia promoted her twin’s optimistic mind on social media, subtly reminding everyone to remain positive.
Sophia shared a quote from her identical sibling on her Instagram Story.
Against a black background was a paragraph of text that said: “6 months from now, you will be in a completely different space mentally, spiritually, and financially.
“Keep working and believing in yourself.”
In the corner of the Duke University student’s Story slide, it read: “Inspiration via @isabellastrahan.”
Isabella’s ability to maintain a positive outlook on life amid her current health struggles is truly awe-inspiring.
Earlier this month, she released a YouTube vlog featuring her engaging in her workout routine, which included doing sit-ups and exercising on a treadmill.
Explained in the video’s big block subtitles was that the aspiring supermodel had been “focusing on staying strong and healthy” since she was finishing “radiation treatment.”
PUTTING UP A FIGHT
On February 20, Isabella talked about her recent trip to the hospital for chemotherapy in her recent video on YouTube.
The college student started off her video on her couch at home, recapping how her chemo experience went.
She rubbed a small bag filled with ice on her head, rolling it slowly all over her scalp.
“My head hurts. I have ice on my head. I feel like I’m having a heart attack,” Isabella said.
The aspiring model added that “everything hurt” a few moments later.
She was also spending some quality time with “friends and family” before she had to undergo chemotherapy.
