Being a mechanic comes with its fair share of challenges nowadays.
For one, cars have gotten increasingly high-tech, which means technicians are constantly learning new systems, and every fix that comes in the shop can feel like studying for a different exam.
On top of that, the pay isn’t always great depending on where you live, and years of physical labor can take a toll on your body later in life.
But every now and then, a repair job turns up something so unexpected you can’t help but laugh.
Mechanic Finds Odd Object Inside The Trunk Of A Vehicle
TikTok user Kyle (@driftmasterflex) shared one of those exact moments in a recent video. It has since been viewed more than 509,500 times.
“So I was opening the trunk to this guy’s car because I’m a mechanic,” he said at the start of the video.
Then he pulled out what looked like a golf putter—but one with a very explicit twist.
“Somebody explain this,” he said, with a clear look of confusion on his face, while holding up a golden club. It’s in the shape of that male body part.
“Explain this golfers,” he wrote in the caption.
Kyle didn’t clarify whether he asked the car’s owner about the unusual club, leaving viewers to come up with their own explanations.
Commenters Have Their Theories
The comments section was split between people having a field day with the joke opportunities, and other who seemed to know exactly what the club was for.
“I have one,” said one user. “When me and my buddies play, whoever scores the highest on the last hole has to use it. P.S. it makes a great driver.”
“Lol I bought one of these for my husbands best friends bday,” a second commenter shared. “Everyone laughs so much when he uses it on the course.”
“I’m guessing a lost bet,” another joked.
“That’s for the 19th hole,” someone else quipped.
One commenter teased, “So you’re saying there is no mechanic-client confidentiality?”
