MELISSA McCarthy has shocked fans with her jaw-droppingly slim figure in a new Instagram post on Saturday.
The Bridesmaids star, 53, was a bejeweled bombshell in a head-to-toe sparkling jumpsuit and a pink cape as she posed with her husband.
The dazzling photo captured the actress at a RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16 watch party.
The actress blindsided the contestants on the reality show’s latest episode by making a cameo during the acting challenge.
During her cameo, she revealed she began her career in drag, wearing a red wig because she was reluctant to show the world her true self.
She’s since shed that facade and serious pounds as evidenced by the glamorous photo.

She showcased her newly slimmed figure in a head-to-toe sparkling jumpsuit and a pink cape and wore her brunette tresses in gorgeous curls.
She put a hand on her husband of 19 years, Ben Falcone, and smiled exuding confidence.

She captioned the post: “Coco Chanel once said ‘Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off.’

WEIGHT LOSS SECRET
McCarthy has faced decades of scrutiny over her figure being in the spotlight.
She once told People magazine that after she landed her role on Gilmore Girls, she attempted a doctor-supervised all-liquid diet, which led her to lose 70 pounds in four months.
“I’d never do that again. I felt starved and crazy half the time,” she said.
Over the next decade, McCarthy’s weight tended to fluctuate, but she has since reportedly lost more than 75 pounds.
She says her weight loss secret has nothing to do with insane diets, calorie restriction, or intense workout regimens.
While upping her protein and getting more exercise have played a role in the past, a shift in her mindset has played the biggest role.
She shared on CBS This Morning: “I finally said [to myself], ‘Oh for God sakes, stop worrying about it, and it may be the best thing I’ve ever done.”
“I truly stopped worrying about [my weight].
“I stopped over-analyzing, over-thinking, over-doing anything…I just stopped constantly being worried about it and I think there’s something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked.”
