MAYIM Bialik has said she is triggered after getting fired from Jeopardy!.
The ex-host talked about the problems she faces that she wants to fix.
On the most recent episode of Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown, she welcomed Jada Pinkett Smith and a renowned hypnosis expert to the podcast.
Mayim, 48, shared a clip from the podcast to her Instagram on Saturday.
“Sometimes something will come up for me and what will trigger in me is I have to fix that,” she said in the clip.
“Sometimes it’ll be someone else’s problem.”

“Sometimes my name’s not even in the sentence, but it creates a sensation in my-in my body that I cannot tolerate- this is also a definition of codependency, you’re welcome-,” Mayim went on.
“This feel intolerable. What can I do to fix it?”
“I know that I will feel better when you feel better,” she shared, talking to the guest on her podcast.

On December 15, Mayim announced that she was fired as co-host from Jeopardy!.

Mayim captioned her Instagram post: “Jeopardy! announcement.”
The text-based message over a blue backdrop read, “As the Holiday break begins in Hollywood, I have some Jeopardy! news.
“Sony has informed me that I will no longer be hosting the syndicated version of Jeopardy!.”
“I am incredibly honored to have been nominated for a primetime Emmy for hosting this year and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the Jeopardy! family,” she went on.
“For all of you who have supported me through this journey and to the fans, contestants, writers, staff of America’s favorite quiz show, thank you.”
‘WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO HAVE ONE HOST’
Jeopardy! confirmed the news on their official Instagram page a few hours after Mayim announced it.
“Mayim Bialik has announced she will no longer be hosting the syndicated [or nightly] version of Jeopardy!,” the post read.
“We have made the decision to have one host for the syndicated show next season to maintain continuity for our viewers.
“And Ken Jennings will be the sole host for syndicated Jeopardy!,” the show said.
“We are truly grateful for all of Mayim’s contributions to Jeopardy!, and we hope to work with her in the future on primetime specials.”
