MARCOS ALONSO cancelled out James Maddison’s stunning opener as the points were shared in a dead rubber at Stamford Bridge.
The Spanish wing-back hit a sweet volley from Reece James’ inch-perfect cross to flash past Kasper Schmeichel.
And despite wave after wave of Blues attacks, the Foxes stood firm and held on for a point.
Maddison fired Brendan Rodgers’ side in front with just six minutes on the clock.
Schmeichel pinged a beautiful ball to set Timothy Castagne away down the right before the ball fell to the in-form playmaker who picked his spot and blasted past the helpless Edouard Mendy.
Trevoh Chalobah forced Schmeichel to tip over from his long-range effort.
But the Dane could do nothing to stop Alonso on 34 minutes as he was beaten at his near post.
