Rose revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. One of the main topic she talked about was her favorite skin care products, specifically her line. Rose says that her line is all organic, and she likes to use organic cleansers. “I use my Beauty Boost Cleanser first. I’ve tested it for six months to a year, this has no toxins, no parabans, no artificial colors or fragrances, non-GMO, it’s just a nice gentle cleanser, it does the job. It’s not too light but it’s not too rough on your skin either.”
In her Us Weekly interview, Rose revealed that she likes to use a Waterpic to keep her teeth clean. She says that she likes to bring it with her when she travels. “One of my necessities when I travel is my Waterpik. If you don’t like to floss a lot or forget, this Waterpic has saved me probably from so many cavities. We don’t realize how much food gets stuck everywhere.”
Rose says to HollywoodLife that she isn’t afraid of change in her life. She says that she likes to take risks and pushes herself out of her comfort zone. “My career has always been based on taking risks — just going for that leap of faith and having my hard work and talent and perseverance and everything else kind of come along with it.”
Being an athlete, Rose has to stay in shape. Even though she’s a wrestler, she says that she makes working out her lower body a priority. Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that she loves to do leg workouts like squats. “I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.”
Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that a big part of her wellness and exercise routines is rest. She says that she takes rest days from the gym, and makes sure to get enough sleep each night. “Rest for me is No. 1, because I need my seven to eight hours of sleep every night. And whenever I can get body work done, like a massage or chiropractor session, I do it.”
