VIEWERS watching the new season of MAFS Australia were left in tears after one of the brides shared her tragic backstory.
Cassandra, 30, is one of the hopeful singles joining the reality show in the hopes of finding a life partner.

However, it turns out the micro-influencer thought she had already found that years ago.
When asked about her previous dating experiences, the Aussie told producers about her high school sweetheart who she referred to as “the one”.
She opened up about how they met, saying: “We were 14 or 15. I was in class and I hear this big laugh. He’s kind of cute.
“We were together for eight years. And then, one day – he was gone.”
The bride-to-be broke down in tears as she revealed that her ex died in a motorbike accident.
She had to stop talking to wipe tears from her face as she became emotionally overwhelmed describing the grief she experienced after he passed away.
Cassandra went on to describe the life she imagined they would have together, sharing: “We would’ve definitely married. Kids. Silly matching shirts, vacations.”
MAFS Australia fans were devastated for her, and took to social media to share their thoughts on her sad experience.
One person wrote: “Omg my heart is breaking so badly for Cassandra.”
Another added: “This episode has me sobbing already. Cassandra and Tristan.”
