Madison Prewett first came into prominence on the 2020 season of The Bachelor, where she was a frontrunner and instant fan-favorite. Prewett then launched a successful career as an influencer and has even written a book. She also recently got married to Grant Troutt, and the couple are enjoying their honeymoon. Prewett just posted some highlights on Instagram, including shots of the couple spending time by the water. She wore a white bathing suit with blue patterns and a white wrap, looking stunning. Prewett revealed some of her wellness secrets to E! News. In it, she talked about what she does to stay in shape. Prewett revealed that she likes to exercise with others, and sited some examples. “Working out with my strength and conditioning coach,” she says. “Or going on hikes or long walks with my family.”

Prewett tells E! News that her wellness routine starts first thing in the morning. She says that she likes to write in her journal and read her Bible each morning. “Before I pick up my phone or even talk to anyone else, I like to start my day off by journaling, praying and reading my Bible,” she says. “Doing this as soon as I wake up every morning, gives me the peace and confidence I need to tackle whatever I have to do for the day!”

Prewett is a large presence on social media. However, she tells E! News that she is working on spending less time on her phone. She explains that this helps her mindset. “Honestly for me, what I’ve seen help my health, mood, and overall attitude and perspective the most is, to spend less time on my phone, and more time doing things that add value to my life,” she says. “Like spending time with friends and family, or reading books.”

Prewett revealed her daily routine in this YouTube video. In it, she revealed that she likes to make smoothies in the morning. Prewett also revealed her recipe for the day. “Chia seeds, pineapple, banana, peaches, orange juice, mango chunks,” she starts. Prewett also puts vitamin D, prebiotic powder, and spinach in her smoothie. 

Prewett revealed some of her favorite exercises that she does with her trainer in this YouTube video. She does a lot of circuit training and exercises to stay in shape. Prewett and her trainer do a full body workout and a lot of different exercises in the video. They are seen doing things like scissor kicks, full sit-ups with a reach, and walk outs to mountain climbers. Prewett repeats the circuit four or five times.
