Made in Chelsea's Jasmine Saunders in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares Videos From "Sundays"

Jasmine Saunders is making a racket on the tennis court. In a new social media post the Made in Chelsea star shows off her amazing body in a white crop top and matching tennis skirt. “Sundays,” she captioned the Instagram clip. “Stunning 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” commented one of her followers. “Sunkissed ☀️,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jasmine is a runner. In June she shared a few snaps and clips of herself, and in one of them she was going for a run down a country road. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Jasmine also enjoys hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Jasmine is a fan of 3-Point Flow classes, a yoga inspired workout dubbed “a transformative movement method.” Why should you do yoga? “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” says Harvard Health. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Here she is starting her day with a cup in Marbella. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

IN her recent post Jasmine plays tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” they say.
