Molly Smith is a lot of things. She’s a fan-favorite from Love Island and the inaugural winner of Love Island All-Stars. She’s a fitness queen, with her own program, Move With Molly. And she’s a successful influencer. Molly recently shared some photos on Instagram of herself at the beach in Positano, Italy. In it, she wore a tan and white patterned halter bikini, showing off her figure. Molly captioned the post, “Italian summer.” Here are 5 of Molly Smith’s diet and exercise secrets, and the photos that prove they work.
Molly shared some of her favorite healthy meals with Closer Online. She says that she doesn’t always eat breakfast, but she will eat healthy breakfast foods for lunch. “I usually work out first thing, so I don’t tend to eat breakfast,” Molly explains. “It can make me feel sick if I’m exercising after. I’ll sometimes refuel after a hard gym session with a berry smoothie. I have avocado and eggs on sourdough with cheese for lunch, but I also love overnight oats. They’re a great go-to during busy days when I need an energy boost.”
Molly shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “I mix it up with gym sessions, home workouts, and outdoor activities like hiking or running,” she explains. “On gym days, I focus on different muscle groups and incorporate a variety of cardio and strength training. Outside the gym, I love going for long walks or doing yoga to stretch and unwind.”
Molly loves to workout outside. Specifically, she loves going for runs. “I make it a point to get outside for a run or a walk a few times a week,” Molly told Cosmopolitan. “Not only does it provide a change of scenery, but it’s also a great way to clear the mind while getting in some extra cardio. I find variety is key in staying motivated and seeing progress, so I’m always looking for new ways to challenge myself and keep things interesting.”
One way Molly ensures that she eats a healthy diet is by meal prepping. She talked about this in her Cosmopolitan interview. “I believe in fuelling my body with healthy, balanced meals to support my workouts and general health. Meal prepping helps me stay on track during busy weeks.”
While working out is important to Molly, so is recovery. She tells Cosmopolitan that she likes making healthy snacks to eat after exercising. “When I have some more time on my hands, I like to prepare my almond and cranberry or chocolate energy balls to take to the gym with me as they’re great for helping you fuel or recover from a workout.”
