It was called The Truth About Size Zero, and talked about the singer’s struggles with her weight, and the dangers of losing too much weight. “Everything he said shocked me. It’s a shame. If every woman in the country, or every woman in the world, that wants to lose weight and become really skinny, if they could all just have half an hour sat down with a doctor telling them exactly what’s going to happen to them, I think you’d get very few of them that would carry on with it,” she told Sassy Bella.

She says that she is no longer afraid to say what she needs to say. “Once you run too fast, you can’t make up the ground you’ve lost. Stop, say what you need, say what you think, don’t be afraid to say what’s really going on. You don’t have to be quiet.”
