Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon Feels "Pretty" in Peach Bikini, Shares Selfies

Stacey Solomon is feeling pretty in her pink swimsuit. In a new social media post the Loose Women star shows off her gorgeous body in a bathing suit. “🐚 feeling pretty 🐚 might delete later 😂 never post selfies because I cringe the life out of myself with them 😂 but I took these of my mermaid bikini & felt really pretty. So I’m posting them. No make up, no lashes, just sea hair & sea shells. life 😂🙏🏼🐚” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Stacey stresses the importance of movement, even if you don’t have time to exercise. “I spend the morning doing housework,” she revealed during an interview with Closer. “People assume everyone goes to the gym these days, but I hardly ever exercise, running around after the kids all day and hoovering the house is enough of a workout for me.”

Stacey maintains a healthy diet, starting with breakfast. Yogurt and granola parfait, which she makes in jars, is one of her go-tos. For lunch, she gravitates toward greens. “Superfood salad full of lots of vegetables with fish,” she told Celeb Now. For dinner she might cook a wholesome meal for her family, like a roast. One thing she makes sure to eat? Her greens. “I love spinach,” she confessed to Closer. “I really crave it and eat it nearly every day, so that’s really helped with losing my baby weight. Anything green and I’ll wolf it down.”

Stacey, a self-proclaimed foodie, refuses to obsess over her weight or go on any crash diets. She “hates” when she sees new moms obsessing over losing baby weight right after giving birth. “It’s not the most important thing – especially when you have a baby to take care of,” she told Closer.

Stacey likes to promote a “normal” body shape and self-love. “I am really lucky because I have great friends and family around me who don’t care what I look like and take me, lumps and all,” she told Closer. “There are more important things to worry about than looking a certain way. I don’t understand why normal doesn’t sell.”

Stacey is all about meal prepping. She keeps her refrigerator uber-organized with plastic labeled containers. She also chops vegetables ahead of time and labels them for the night she will be cooking them. This enables her to make home-cooked healthy meals for her family in less time.
