Logan Paul mocked Ashton Hall’s viral morning routine video by dumping his face in Prime, pulling a fish from the ocean, and more.
While Ashton Hall’s video was originally posted back in February 2025, it didn’t go viral until another account shared it on X in March.
In the clip, Ashton starts his morning routine by waking up before 4 am and removing tape from his mouth. He then brushes his teeth, exercises, journals, and puts his face into a bowl of ice water.
Hall’s video almost immediately sparked memes across social media, with the likes of MrBeast making several posts about his morning routine. On Tuesday, March 25, YouTuber and WWE star Logan Paul joined those mocking the viral clip by creating his own.
Viewers respond to Logan Paul’s morning routine
In Paul’s morning routine clip, he started his day at 7:06 am and removed the tape from his mouth – very similar to Hall’s video. Instead of pouring a bottle of Saratoga sparkling water into his cup to rinse his mouth, however, Logan uses a bottle of Prime ICE.
After going to his computer to type random letters into a word processor, he strapped on the baby carrier and walked around the house with his daughter Esme while he took a phone call at 9:18 am.
At 10:02 am, Logan went outside to pour a bunch of blue raspberry-flavored Prime into a bowl of ice before dunking his face into it violently. At 10:46, he dove into the ocean to pull out a live fish. From there, Paul went on to train in his gym and WWE wrestling ring before dunking a wrestling dummy’s face into a bowl of ice.
After the clip was posted, users flocked to the replies of posts sharing the video to share their thoughts about his morning routine.
“At least his is more realistic,” one user said.
Another commented: “So iconic, what a moment.”
“Not as cringey,” replied a third.
Meanwhile, others claimed that since big-name influencers and other brands are posting about it, making memes about Ashton’s original video is “not funny anymore.”
