LIAM GALLAGHER is not going to be throwing pool parties at his house anytime soon.
The ex-Oasis singer has got his neighbours’ backs up after putting in plans to install a pool, plus high-security wall and gates, at his home in Highgate, North London.
The Highgate Society has moaned that Liam’s plans would “create a most unfortunate precedent”, and grumbled it may mean they could be “seriously affected by any ground water diversion”.
The dad of three owns the £4million mock Tudor mansion in Highgate.
If I was Liam, and the project ever goes ahead, I’d make sure there would be a bar, enormous diving board and maybe a wave machine.
That would really get the Nimbys going.
Liam, now a solo artist, recently held his 12-date Definitely Maybe tour next month — marking 30 years since the release of Oasis’s debut album of the same name.
He also rents a £16,950 a month Victorian home in the Cotswolds.
He moved in along with fiancée Debbie Gwyther earlier this year.
Recently he was spotted out for a stroll in the area wearing a black anorak with the hood up and goggles attached.
