Lauren Sanchez is showing off her fit figure in a swimsuit. The possible Mrs. Jeff Bezos flaunts her incredible body in a tiny bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “Unfiltered summer,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lauren Sanchez stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
Lauren works out with Wes Okerson, who also trains Bezos, and their workouts are no joke. Recently she shared her “upper body pressing day” workout.
- Incline Dumbbell Press (3 sets x 12 reps)
- Barbell bench Press (3 sets x 12 reps)
- Dips on Parallette Bars (band assisted) x 12 reps
- Push ups (X 15)
Lauren loves to hike, both on her treadmill and outside. As part of her workout she spends 45 minutes completing a Zone 1-2 hike. She also shares photo on social media of herself hiking in the wild. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Lauren, who spends a lot of time cooking on social media, maintains a healthy diet. “I have egg whites, sliced avocado, and coffee,” she told Self about her breakfast. She also hydrates and caffeinates. “I have my Fiji water and I always have coffee next to me,” she added.
“Pilates changed my body,” Lauren told Self. “I used to run marathons and I was never as fit and toned as I am now. I do it at a studio run by Saul Choza and I’m indebted to him forever because my ass has lifted. We do a mix of mat and reformer.”
Another healthy habit of Lauren’s? She makes dinner a family affair. “We can be kind of boring,” she told CNN. “I would say normal. We have dinner with the kids. That’s always fun and a great conversation. There’s seven between us, so there’s a lot of discussion.”
