Hamilton is on vacation in the Maldives, and she is doing a lot of fun activities. One thing that she is doing on her trip is biking. And she invited her followers to join her on her bike ride. Hamilton posted a new Instagram video of herself biking around the Maldives beaches. She captioned the post, “Come with me on mine as I give you a little tour around Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and this is only a small part of the island.”
Hamilton loves to do outdoor activities while she’s on vacation. She also loves to give her followers a taste of the gorgeous scenery. One activity Hamilton likes to do is ski. She posted this video on Instagram of herself skiing in the mountains in Sierra Nevada. Hamilton captioned the video, “One of my happy places.”
Hamilton managed to stay in shape when lockdown happened, and the gyms were closed. She tells Express that she set up online sessions with her trainer to help her stay in shape. “Throughout lockdown I have either done virtual classes with David Lloyd, the gym I belong to, or I have worked out with two personal trainer friends and we have gone live on instagram and encouraged others to join us.”
While Hamilton likes to do online sessions, she tells Express she’s happy the gyms are re-opening. She says that she prefers to do fitness classes at her gym to help her stay in shape. “I love to go to the gym to socialise as well as workout,” she said. “Nothing beats the atmosphere in the gym or in a class with others. I find it can really help motivate me.”
Hamilton tells Express that she tries to get a workout everyday, even with her busy schedule. She says that she makes working out a priority, even if it’s a quick session. “A thirty minute workout at home when the children are in bed is something I might do if I haven’t managed to work out during the day,” Hamilton says.
