Lana Del Rey is teasing a new song, “Henry, Come On.” The singer shared a brief snippet to her Instagram today, featuring the caption “Henry, come on,” also tagging the country producer and songwriter Luke Laird. Check it out on Instagram.
The audio, which plays over a Polaroid of Del Rey, featured finger-picked guitar and opened with the lyrics: “I mean, Henry, come on/Do you think I’d really choose it/All this off and on/Henry, come on.” Pitchfork has reached out to Del Rey’s representatives for comment.
Del Rey shared her most recent album, the Grammy-nominated Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, in March 2023. Since then, she’s shared a cover of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” and been confirmed as a 2024 Coachella headliner.
