Lana Del Rey and Tyler the Creator are among the acts set to headline Coachella in 2024, according to a report from music industry trade HitsDailyDouble.
HitsDailyDouble further reports that Doja Cat and Peso Pluma are also in talks to perform at the festival, while Dua Lipa passed on a headlining slot due to timing issues.
The Rolling Stones, Olivia Rodrigo, and Travis Scott have also been in “talks” with the festival, but it’s unclear if any of those acts will end up on the lineup. Meanwhile, Shakira reportedly expressed interest to Coachella about a headlining performance, but the festival “ultimately passed on her—the reasons for which have engendered much speculation,” HitsDailyDouble claims.
Coachella typically reveals its lineup in early January.
Neither Del Rey nor Tyler the Creator are strangers to Coachella, but it’ll be the first time either act has headlined. Del Rey made her Coachella debut in 2014, and was slated to play again in 2020 before the festival was canceled due to the pandemic. Tyler the Creator previously performed at Coachella as a member of Odd Future in 2011, and as a solo artist in 2015 and 2018.
Coachella 2024 takes place over two weekends, April 12th-14th and April 19th – 21st, at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California.
