On Friday, Kim, 43, shared a few photos of herself dressed to the tens on her Instagram profile.
In the snaps taken late last month, the Skims co-founder wore an all-black ensemble while having her blond hair slicked back into a bun.
Kim was seen heading to her luxe silver car on a bright and sunny day in Los Angeles, California.
The mom of four went braless in an apron-styled top that left her back completely bare.

She placed her hand on her stomach while holding her article of clothing to her stomach to avoid any major wardrobe malfunction.
Underneath, Kim wore high-waisted tights that matched with her heels.
To accessorize her fashionable look, she matched the outfit with sunglasses.
