KIM Kardashian has shocked fans with her seemingly altered appearance in new photos.
The Hulu star shared glam new shots on Instagram on Tuesday, but fans were distracted by her “morphed” face shape.

In the post, Kim, 43, attended a celebrity party in Los Angeles and posed alongside Donatella Versace.
The Kardashians star wore a luxury gown by Chrome Hearts, encasing her body in skintight sheer fabric.
In one of the shots, Kim was photographed from behind as she held her long wavy hair to one side to show off the bare back of her black dress.
Kim turned her head to show her profile to the camera, and fans were stunned by the sharpness of her jaw, comparing the star to her younger sister Kylie Jenner, 26.

On Reddit, one stunned fan wrote, “Honestly thought it was Kylie in the op pic because of how square the jaw is.”
“Same! They’re morphing into each other day by day, scary!” agreed a second.
“That doesn’t look like Kim lmfao,” wrote a third social media user.
“That jaw can cut through glass,” joked a fourth.
Another person pointed out how large Kim’s butt still looked despite her shrinking figure, slamming, “It’s still f**king massive. She can get as thin as she wants, there’s no undoing all the damage she’s done to her body.”
‘NOT NORMAL’
This isn’t the first time people have noted Kim’s slimmed-down size, after she concerned fans with her apparent weight loss in a bikini pic from her vacation in Turks and Caicos last year.
In the photo, Kim posed on a lounge chair in just a tiny brown bikini.
She left her face out of the photo, instead focusing on her curves and tiny waist.
On a forum dedicated to the Kardashians, one person asked: “Is Kim shrinking? Why she built like that?”
“What’s up with her side/back tho???” a second agreed.
Another asked: “How did she get to this size?”
“So I have a bony upper stomach and ribcage showing easily and what we’re seeing here on Kim isn’t normal,” a fourth fan wrote.
WHO NOSE?
While Kim’s latest pics brought up speculation about her weight and jaw shape, another recent photo left fans convinced she’d had a nose job.
On Sunday night, Kim snapped a mirror selfie as she perched on a chair in an all-black outfit.
The star’s hair was brushed back from her face, showing off her very defined facial features.
However, all attention was on Kim’s nose, which critics deemed “thinner and small.”
“Her natural nose was so beautiful. I love a nose bridge that has a natural bump to it. What an absolute shame she changed it,” said one fan of the famous family.
“Kim has completely changed her nose shape. It really makes a difference,” added a second.
