Khloé Kardashian To Unveil Her Signature Fragrance XO Khloé
Ahead of her podcast launch, Kardashian will be unveiling her signature fragrance, XO Khloé.
“It was something that I’ve always wanted to do on my own,” the Good American co-founder said in an interview with Bustle. “I’ve done collaborations with my sisters or my ex-husband [Lamar Odom], but I was very nervous to do it on my own. It’s very vulnerable. It’s a lot of pressure, but I wanted to push my boundaries.”
During the chat, the reality TV star reflected on her age, sharing that entering her 40s was transformative.
“When you’re young, you think 40 is so old, and now I’m like, “Wait — I feel so good!” I am in the best shape of my life. I’m doing new career stuff. I’ve only been 40 for about six months, but it’s the absolute best. You don’t give a sh-t about some of the stuff you once did,” Kardashian gushed.
Kardashian explained how she approached the milestone age, admitting that at 39, she “tried to close a lot of chapters.”
“I called it shedding — shedding this decade of my 30s and this energy I wanted to leave behind. There are so many new things that I’m doing in my first year of 40 that I know for a fact my 40s and on are going to be f-cking incredible,” Kardashian revealed.

Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About Her Weight Loss Journey And Therapy Betrayal
During the chat, Kardashian also discussed her weight loss journey, revealing that it began during a challenging period in her life.
“My weight loss journey started because I was getting a divorce,” she shared, referencing her separation from Lamar Odom, whom she married in 2009 and separated from in 2013.
At the time, the “Kardashian” star was dealing with significant mental health struggles and turned to therapy for support.
However, her trust in the process was shattered when her therapist violated doctor-patient confidentiality by leaking private details to the tabloid.
“I remember I was going to therapy, and the next thing I knew, something private I told my therapist was on a tabloid,” she recounted.

While Kardashian chose not to disclose the specific details of the leak, she was adamant that it had come from her therapist.
“I knew that my therapist disclosed this information to a tabloid because there’s no way this could have gotten out there,” she added.
The 40-year-old shared that the breach of trust led her to stop attending therapy altogether. Instead, she sought solace in the gym, which became a safe haven for her during this difficult time.
“I needed a release, but I didn’t trust anyone anymore. And the place that I felt the safest was the gym,” Kardashian explained.
