Knight shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Parade. She says that she likes to make smoothies to help her eat a healthy diet. “I wake up and I drink a smoothie filled with all the stuff that I know I’m not gonna eat the rest of the day when I’m running around,” Knight explained. “Probiotics and protein powder and vegetables.”
Knight tells Parade that she decided to meet with a nutritionist to help her eat a better diet. “I work with a nutritionist. I caught myself on the ET set one day very early. Everyone was eating breakfast and drinking coffee—and I was drinking a Diet Coke and eating a Snickers. And someone said, ‘Is that your breakfast?’ I was so ashamed. I expect so much from myself but I don’t take care of myself. I’ve been on a major health kick. So I check in with this woman every month.”
Knight shared her meditation routine with Parade. “Whenever I get a chance, I go out, I sit in the sun for just 10 minutes. I don’t take my phone with me and I just breathe and let my mind slow down for a second. And I learned this thing from Tony Robbins, which is probably not great to say at this exact moment (laughs), but he has a thing where you breathe in four breaths and you make yourself a mantra. Then you breathe out the same mantra four breaths and it kind of gets stuck in your head. And so my mantra is ‘I am healthy and strong’, and I say it over and over again. And then that plays in my brain. But that’s what I do when I’m walking around the neighborhood, walking the dog. It just helps me keep focused.”
Knight likes to exfoliate her skin. She tells Us Weekly that she uses the exfoliator from Kate Somerville. “I’ve been using this product forever and it remains my no. 1. It’s so good when you feel tired and dried out and really does magically eat away all the dead gunk on your face and allows your true radiance to shine through!”
Knight shared some of her favorite skincare products in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that she likes to use a body cream from Weleda. “I was once on a flight to Paris and found out I was sat next to one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels’ makeup artists. I asked her to give me one tip for my face and she told me about this $15 delight. I’ve been using it ever since.”
