The Hollywood Reporter shared a clip on X, fka Twitter, of the engaged couple posing together at the gala.
Katy, 39, and Orlando, 47, wore stylish all-black ensembles.
The pop star’s strapless gown fell to the ground, accentuating her slim waistline.
Meanwhile, the Hollywood actor donned a dapper black suit with a white button-down shirt and black tie.
Earrings and a clear purse were Katy’s accessories.
The pair stood close to each other for photographers on the red carpet, often holding hands and leaning into one another.
Paparazzi can be heard screaming at Katy and Orlando to kiss in the clip.
Shortly after THR shared the snippet on X, fans went wild over Katy and Orlando’s rare date night.
“This is lovely,” one X user wrote.
“Love them,” another added.
KP6 IS COMING
Additionally, many fans felt that Katy’s purse indicated a new album was coming because a rolled-up piece of paper was visible inside.
And the outside read “KP6: Top Secret.”
“KP6 Y’ALL KATY PERRY IS COMING,” one exclaimed on X.

SUCH A TEASE
This isn’t the first time Katy has dropped a hint that she’s releasing new music.
In August 2023, she teased plans to release new tracks during a concert in Las Vegas.
Video taken by a fan began circulating on X, showing Katy hyping fans up while on the stage.
She was wearing a sequined cut-out gown as she told the crowd: “Now, if you can’t love me at my Witness or Smile era, then you can’t love me at my KP6 era.”
The singer appeared to be referencing previous albums, which she released in 2017 and 2020 respectively.
Katy fans responded the to clip, with one writing: “MY HEART IS SO HAPPY KNOWING KP6 IS ON THE WAY THANK YOU SO MUCH.”
“Oh she spill the tea,” a second wrote.
