McGlynn, like many, likes to workout with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. She posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself with her trainer, Olivia, at the gym. She captioned the post, “Olivia has changed my nutrition this week to help – it’s so good having a PT to be there in times like this, keeping track and making adjustments where necessary. She’s been there keeping me motivated & focused – reminding me that the scales are just one part of the journey!”
McGlynn likes to lift weights as a way to stay in shape. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself holding dumbbells. She captioned the post, “Mirror mirror on the wall, don’t hate me but this weekend I’m going to two charity balls.”
McGlynn tells Closer that she made a lot of changes to her diet and routine. She says that this has helped her both lose weight and feel better. “I finally feel back to normal. I’ve trained hard, I’ve been lifting weights, and eating the right food. I’m more confident than I’ve ever been and I have much more energy.”
McGlynn revealed her new healthy diet to Closer. She says that she didn’t use a fad plan to stay healthy. “It was simple to follow the diet. There were no shakes, or packets of this or that, just good fats, like salmon, eggs and nut butter. I don’t eat red meat, and I’ve been having oats at night because they help me sleep. After my programme is finished, I won’t stop. I’m going to carry on with it, because I have a taste for fitness now.”
McGlynn wanted to work out her lower body, so she did a lot of squats. “I’ve noticed a difference in the shape of my bum – it’s great,” she told Closer. “I’ve been doing a lot of split squats, where you lean forward while bending. It kills, but it works.”
