Justin was performing his hit Cry Me A River when he noticed fans in the audience urgently trying to get his attention and signaling at a guest who needed help.

He pointed to a fan about five rows from the stage who needed assistance, in a video obtained by TMZ.

“House lights up. House lights up, thank you,” he said, signalling to the crew at the Moody Center.

“Sorry everybody, one second – we need some assistance right here about five rows back,” he instructed, pointing to the crowd.

The issues appeared to be dealt with swiftly and the clip showed the crowd clapping as Justin walked around the stage.

After the fan was ushered out of the crowd, he said, “Thank you so much.”

He urged the audience to “make some noise” for the medics who attended to the fan “very quickly.”

A fan at the concert claimed the fan was helped by doctors who were in the audience.

“That was the lady in front of me. She is okay,” they wrote on TikTok.

“Thankfully the people next to us were doctors and attended to her while we got Justin’s attention.”

Others praised Justin – who is married to Jessica Biel – for halting the show to draw attention to the fan.

“This is why Iove Justin Timberlake. Just saving a life whilst rocking out,” one wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

“Yes!! He was very much paying attention to everything… loved the show,” another added.

Justin sent fans into meltdown in March when he reunited with *NSYNC for their first performance in 11 years.

He joined forces with Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and J.C. Chasez at his LA show for a first listen of their new single, Paradise.

It was the first time they had sung in front of an audience since 2013 when Justin got the Video Vanguard Award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Justin teased the reunion weeks earlier while replying to a fan who said, “Blink twice if *NSYNC is on a song called Paradise.”

The singer shared a video of himself confirming the news by blinking twice.
