Justin, 43, performed at the United Center in Chicago on Friday.

“We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights and, um, it’s been a tough week,” he told the audience, alluding to his arrest.

The performance was the N’Sync frontman’s first since he was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, for driving while intoxicated.

Justin also said, “nothing can change this,” taking accountability for his actions.

“I know I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me and I love you right back,” the Trolls star went on.

“Thank you so much.”

The audience cheered in response to his comments.

SAYING SORRY

Justin reportedly also issued apologies behind the scenes.

A source told The U.S. Sun exclusively that the singer apologized to his tour crew following his arrest.

He has no plans to go to rehab despite his recent legal issue.

Justin will return to New York to perform at Madison Square Garden on June 25 and 26.

The Cry Me A River singer is due back in court on July 26, the same date he’s set to begin his world tour in Poland.

According to The U.S. Sun’s insider, who works in Justin’s entourage, the former Mickey Mouse Club star spoke to his team during a long conference call hours after he was arrested.

The source says members of the crew were concerned about the future, adding that the incident “wasn’t the best thing to happen” ahead of his chaotic summer schedule.

Justin was described by the insider as a “very solid leader.”
